Digital Communications Technology

• Use RS485 bus technology to achieve long-distance signal transmission, the transmission distance will not be  less than 1000 meters;
• Output amplitude of digital signal is up to 3V~4V, so that anti-interference ability has been strengthened, while lightning protection ability has been improved;
• Bus architecture is convenient to use multiple weighing sensors. Actually 32 weighing sensors can be used in the same system.
 

 Intelligent Technology

• Prevent the use of simple circuit to change the weighing signal and size;
• Change the sensor parameters according to the instructions.
• Memory ability avoids calibration problem when sensor is changed.

 Digital Calibration Technology

• Achieve the unbalanced load calibration of weighing apparatus once automaticly;
• Make weighing scale calibration once;
• Can modify the weighing scale range coefficient, zero values, the coefficient and zero parameters of each sensor.

 Fault Diagnosis Technology

• Have ability to diagnose the change of weighing apparatus' zero value;
• Have ability to diagnose each sensor the change of zero value;
• Have ability to diagnose each sensor the change of communication;
• Have ability to judge the inconformity of address and number after changing the sensor;
• Have ability to prompt multiple operating error messages.
