Description:

100t weighbridge produced by Zhengzhou Huaxin Weighing Apparatus Manufacturing Co., Ltd consists of U-shaped steel scale body, eight special weight sensors and a dedicated weighting indicator, and is equipped with junction box featuring surge resistance. Also it can be equipped with 3-inch or 5-inch large-screen display, dot matrix printer and the corresponding weighing system (such as unattended weighing system, automatic vehicle weighing system).
Currently, our weighbridge is divided into: digital weighbridge, analogue weighbridge, portable weighbridge, mobile weighbridge, and export split type weighbridge.

Scale Structure:

Standard electronic weighbridge adopts U-shaped section beam as the mechanical structure of the scale body, which features reasonable structure, frugal material, high rigidity. The weld connected with installation position of sensor and lap joint of multiple scale bodies has ingenious design and it is convenient to install, maintain and overhaul. The reasonable structure of overall arrangement ensures the installation accuracy and long-term stability of the weighing apparatus.
