Loader Scale

Description:

Loader scale which is installed on domestic or imported wheel loaders, is a kind of electronic weighing instrument used to measure the loading capacity. It provides load information of weighing materials and print the list. During the loading process, loader scale can dynamically reflect the shipment volume at the same time which can help customers complete the weighing operations fast with low cost. Also it ensures loading and unloading with high precise, completely eradicate overload and improve work efficiency, so the loader scale has been widely used in factories, railway stations, ports and otherloading and unloading operations of bulk cargo.

Functions:

Loader scale generally consists of sensor, position switch and on-board weighing instrument.

1) Pressure sensor - It measures the pressure changes of loader hydraulic system;
2) Position switch - When the swing arm rises to the place near switch, the pressure data will be collected by system;
3) On-board weighing instrument - It calculates the weighing data and display the weighing result on the screen.

Weighing instrument has functions about printing the date, time, displaying tare, zero setting, storing weight data and information, it does not affect the loading during the process of weighing.
