Junction Box

The principle of weighbridge junction box is to make parallel connection of voltage signal of multiple weighbridge sensors,  then output average value and transfer to weighbridge instrument. Certainly, in the process of usage, it is composed of more than four sensors, which have different output sensitivity, so during the installation of the weighbridge sensors, the resistance of junction box need to be adjusted to be same with voltage. If four corners appear a little error after the installation of weighbridge,  we can also adjust the weighbridge junction box to remove error. The specific operation method is to adjust the  corresponding adjustable potentiometer of junction box, which is to adjust output signal of weighbridge sensor to make show value of meter display be same with other corners', so that is the so-called way to adjust the angular difference by the use of weighbridge junction box.

Technical Parameters:

1. The excitation voltage is 5-15VDC (TVS tube Umax = 18V).
2. Resistance strain gauge type sensor, sensor impedance is 350-800Ω.
3. Using 350Ω sensor as an example: parallel type is about 3%, tandem type is about 5%.
4. Using 700Ω sensor as an example: parallel type is about 2%, tandem type is about 3%.
